STORE POLICIES Returns & Exchanges - Our products are hand-made in the USA by Americans. We take pride in our products and workmanship and know that you will appreciate our garments. If for any reason, you feel it is necessary to exchange or return an item, please refer to the following information: Any unworn garment ordered from our regularly priced fabrics and our sizing chart can be returned or exchanged, except dive skins. Customers must pay for shipping on returns and exchanges. All Dive Skins made individually as orders arrive and therefore, cannot be exchanged or returned. All sales are final. Any item purchased on the sale fabric list cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. Any item ordered giving special instructions for sizing or fabric cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. Policy for special orders - Any item ordered giving special instructions for sizing different from our stock patterns will be considered a special order and such item cannot be exchanged or returned. Running Funky reserves the right to add additional charges for extensive sizing changes. If customers request a one of a kind garment, that garment will be considered a special order and cannot be exchanged or returned. All one of a kind garments should be ordered either by phone or on the special orders page. A one of a kind garment will be charged a pattern fee depending on difficulty and time involved. Any additional charges for special orders will be quoted to customer before work is started. Skorts are special order items and not returnable. All items ordered using two separate fabrics in the same garment will be considered a special order and cannot be exchanged or returned, including Underfunks, Yoga garments, Diveskins and Skorts." Customers who want garments made from fabrics not carried by Running Funky website can contact Julie@runningfunky.com to verify the feasibility of using their choice of fabric. If approved, customer will need to order the fabric from the vendor and have it shipped to Running Funky at their own cost. Running Funky will create the garment for the customer and charge labor and shipping to the customer. All items ordered using two separate fabrics in the same garment will be considered a special order and cannot be exchanged or returned. All sales are final on special orders, but alterations are available, if necessary. Shipping is the responsibility of customer as well as any other charges related to alterations.
